Leading Through a Pedagogical Lens (LTPL) is a learning series directed at program administrators and Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) leaders who want to improve their pedagogical leadership in relation to exploring Flight practices alongside their educators.
Learning Approaches
Through this learning series, leaders will successfully build relationships, think in reflective ways, and build confidence. During these 12 weeks, leaders will be guided in what is needed to create strategies, approaches, and processes to support educators and design a Professional Learning Plan. Completion of this series will give leaders the confidence to empower educators, reduce burnout, and increase retention.
Release Time Funding
Once you have completed the Leading Through a Pedagogical Lens (LTPL) learning series you will now be eligible for Release Time Funding (RTF) directly from ARCQE. If you would like to successfully apply, please follow the steps below.
