Professional Development Funding
ARCQE is pleased to offer a variety of Professional Development (PD) opportunities for Early Childhood Educators inclusive for early learning and school age care. All ARCQE training and workshops come with a certificate to use as evidence of continuous learning. We currently offer regional, site-specific, and training opportunities.
Early Childhood Educator Workforce Supports Program
Learn more about wage top-up, professional development, release time and employer contribution funding for certified early childhood educators.
A variety of PD funding opportunities are available to Early Childhood Educators and can be applied toward ARCQE Professional Learning sessions and conference registrations, where eligible.
Customized Onsite Learnings Funding
Please note that the Early Childhood Educator Workforce Supports Program is only applicable to ARCQE series that appear on the approved provincial funding list and where the applying educator meets the eligible certification or qualification criteria.
ARCQE onsite learnings remain available as a customized professional learning option; however, they are only eligible for funding reimbursement if they are on the approved funding list and the educator applying for funding meets the required eligibility criteria.

Resource Access Passes – RAP Cards
Accessing savings with ARCQE’s hands-on tools and strategies is one of the best ways for Early Childhood Educators to learn affordably. ARCQE’s Resource Kits offer practical tools your program can use to implement new strategies and ideas.
ARCQE’s Resource Access Pass (RAP Card) enables agencies access to services and discounts. Choose from two RAP card options to best suit your program’s needs.
The Preferred RAP Card
The Preferred RAP Card offers unlimited access to ARCQE’s Birch Bark Basket, Treasure Chest, and Supporting Inclusive Approaches in Play (SIAP) Kits and discount rates on resource kits, materials and on-site workshops.
The Basic RAP Card
The Basic RAP Card offers programs access to Birch Bark Basket, Treasure Chest, and Supporting Inclusive Approaches in Play (SIAP) Kits.
Passport To Learning – PTL Cards
ARCQE’s Professional Passport to Learning Program is geared for individuals, offering support to new and/or seasoned professionals. PTL Cards are $77.25 per year and offer many benefits including discounts to regional, conference and e-learning workshops.
