Empowering Pedagogical Leadership

Leading Through a Pedagogical Lens is a learning series intended for program administrators and Early Learning and Child Care leaders who want to improve their pedagogical leadership by exploring Flight practices alongside their educators. This learning series empowers program leaders to create a personalized Professional Learning Plan. This professional learning series provides an in-depth study of pedagogical leadership for program leaders in child care settings, family child care, preschool, and school-age care to support other adults’ leadership development and mentorship.

Who is eligible to register for Leading Through a Pedagogical Lens?

Learning Through Pedagogical Leadership (LTPL) is designed for ECE professionals leading curriculum implementation within licensed early learning and childcare programs. This series requires advanced knowledge of the Flight Framework.

Release Time Funding for LTPL

Once you have completed the LTPL learning series you will be eligible for Release Time Funding (RTF) directly from ARCQE. Apply for your RTF within 30 days of receiving your certificate. After 30 days ARCQE cannot guarantee funding will be available. 

Follow the steps below to apply:

  1. Read the LTPL Release Time Funding Information letter
  2. Download and complete the LTPL RTF Form
  3. Download and complete the ARCQE EFT form for your program if a current form has not already been submitted.
