Leadership Level Learning with ARCQE

Leading Through a Pedagogical Lens is a learning series intended for program administrators and Early Learning and Child Care leaders who want to improve their pedagogical leadership in relation to exploring Flight practices alongside their educators. This learning series empowers program leaders to create a personalized Professional Learning Plan. This professional learning series provides an in-depth study of pedagogical leadership for program leaders in childcare settings, family childcare, preschool, and school-age care to support other adults’ leadership development and mentorship.

This Learning Series is dedicated to assisting in the creation of your personalized professional learning plan.

Eligibility

Who is eligible to register for Leading Through a Pedagogical Lens?

  1. Those who have completed Supporting Curriculum Practice and/or the MacEwan Flight course.
  2. Educators who have a Level two or three Early Childhood Educator certificate.
