This session is designed for early childhood educators to explore the dynamics of working within multi-disciplinary teams with varied experience levels. Participants will engage in a reflective review of the characteristics and personalities of team members, examining how these factors influence team effectiveness, motivation, and overall collaboration. Explore your image of the educator, consider your dispositions towards learning and create your ideal work environment.
Through this session, participants will gain insights into fostering a positive work environment and a culture of communication & positive outlook in the workplace. Emphasis will be placed on strategies to strengthen teamwork and transition from individual efforts (“Me”) to collective success (“We”). The goal is to enhance team cohesion, improve communication, and create a supportive, effective environment for all team members.
